When you enter the home you will see gorgeous hardwood floors that were refinished in March 2005. The floors are 150 years old and in 2002 we had them shipped in from an old pub in Canada and installed in the home. Talk about character! Our brand new custom ordered leather couches will invite you to relax and enjoy conversation or viewing the new Sony T.V., which is built into the wall. Turn on the Gas Fireplace if you wish and relax in this beautiful room painted in a soft yellow.

From the Granite Countertops to the top of the line Stainless Steel Appliances, this is a terrific kitchen to cook dinner with friends and family. Everything from the coffee maker to the utensils is brand new as of March 2005. The maple cabinets were completed in 2002 when the house was completely and lovingly restored.

The charming dining room table is made from refurbished wood and adds to the charisma of the room. A sliding door leads to the deck with outdoor table and chairs and a Gas Grille.
